My appointment on 11/16 was my first appointment with Dr Perryman. I was well pleased with Dr Perryman & her staff. The whole staff was kind & courteous. She listened well, offered meds to help me. But it takes 3 months for me to have follow up after my blood work up completed within a week of my visit. That seemed unacceptable to me to wait for results.

So love the amount of professionalism and the effort to help me with my on going struggle of my condition! Dr. Perryman and staff definitely have my best interest at heart, therefore the management of my condition seems to be likely. Which is such a blessing!

I haven’t seen him yet, but a woman went out of her way to praise Dr. Ktelah on an international lupus Facebook group for his outstanding level of care. I was excited to see that I happened to have an appointment with him, too! After 12 years of chronic illness, I’d lost hope. Now I’m excited by the real possibility of being heard and maybe even getting a real diagnosis and treatment plan!

After 20 years with the same Rheumatologist, he retired, and I had to find a new Dr. I saw someone else for almost 2 years, and never felt comfortable with him or his nurse. Yesterday I saw Dr. Kteleh, who made me so comfortable that he felt like I was talking with family. I thank God that I decided to make this change and find a new Dr. This has removed much stress from my life. Thank you, Dr., Kteleh. I am blessed to have found you!

Doctor went thru all my meds I’m taking from my previous Rhuematologist & explained why infusions could not be given & why now meds could not be changed. Doctor ordered complete blood panel to be done & I was to b seen in 2mo.

Dr. Pennyman gave all the information I hoped for/needed. She listened to my comments and situation, asked pertinent questions, was cordial, friendly, explained her tests’ results, diagnosis, and treatment. She also was deeply concerned about a problem in communicating with her office and is going to try to rectify the situation.

Rheumatology was the first specialty doctor (after many) to take my issues seriously and actually treat them, instead of blaming them on anxiety or telling me to just wait it out and see what happens. Since then, I’ve been doing so much better! Inflammation has went down, skin issues have calmed down, joint pain down, etc. I feel like I’m not crazy anymore, because so many doctors made me feel like I was exaggerating or making stuff up. (I wasn’t.) I had an immune-type reaction and now it’s under control thanks to this office. Gina Goodman is the best NP I’ve ever met. She is so very friendly, approachable, easy to to talk to, cares about your issues, makes you feel like you have time to talk about them instead of being rushed, has the best advice and information, and she’s just a like-able person. Exactly the kind of person to help with rheumatology issues. I’m very thankful to have her as a nurse practitioner for my care. I highly recommend her and this office.

This was my first visit. I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen as the practice is very busy. Other than that very minor inconvenience I was impressed. The office staff and Dr are professional and very friendly. The Dr took my concerns very seriously and started a treatment plan right away to help me. So happy to have them on my side!

Gina was professional and yet I was a patient from New Castle but she treated me as if a friend. She listened to my medical background and the Issues, problem with the cornea. She moved right with questions about right meds and took time to explain and then we decided on her suggestion which she sent to my pharmacy. Started on the medication and awaiting it to me move with less pain.

No real examination at either visit. Barely reviewed blood work. Offered other medications that I was already taking or were on my allergy list. Offered injections. Left the room and I never saw her again. She didn’t ask if I had any questions. Didn’t tell me how long the injections would last or how often I could get. I left knowing I don’t have lupus or any connective tissue disease. I already knew that from previous testing.

We had NP Gina today and felt like we were her only patients of the day. Very thorough, not rushed at all. Only our second visit here and she gave us so much information. So happy we don’t have to go out of town anymore! Thank you!

The doctor was great and seemed very focused on problem. However, my appointment was at 12 and I didn't see the doctor until 1:05. Quite a long wait.
Only negative comment is our appt was for 11:15 and we got to see Dr finally at 12:10. Dr visit was fine and hopefully helpful. Dr. Kteleh was very pleasant and professional.

No real examination at either visit. Barely reviewed blood work. Offered other medications that I was already taking or were on my allergy list. Offered injections. Left the room and I never saw her again. She didn’t ask if I had any questions. Didn’t tell me how long the injections would last or how often I could get. I left knowing I don’t have lupus or any connective tissue disease. I already knew that from previous testing.

Gina was professional and yet I was a patient from New Castle but she treated me as if a friend. She listened to my medical background and the Issues, problem with the cornea. She moved right with questions about right meds and took time to explain and then we decided on her suggestion which she sent to my pharmacy. Started on the medication and awaiting it to me move with less pain.

This was my first visit. I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen as the practice is very busy. Other than that very minor inconvenience I was impressed. The office staff and Dr are professional and very friendly. The Dr took my concerns very seriously and started a treatment plan right away to help me. So happy to have them on my side!

Rheumatology was the first specialty doctor (after many) to take my issues seriously and actually treat them, instead of blaming them on anxiety or telling me to just wait it out and see what happens. Since then, I’ve been doing so much better! Inflammation has went down, skin issues have calmed down, joint pain down, etc. I feel like I’m not crazy anymore, because so many doctors made me feel like I was exaggerating or making stuff up. (I wasn’t.) I had an immune-type reaction and now it’s under control thanks to this office. Gina Goodman is the best NP I’ve ever met. She is so very friendly, approachable, easy to to talk to, cares about your issues, makes you feel like you have time to talk about them instead of being rushed, has the best advice and information, and she’s just a like-able person. Exactly the kind of person to help with rheumatology issues. I’m very thankful to have her as a nurse practitioner for my care. I highly recommend her and this office.

I haven't seen him yet, but a woman went out of her way to praise Dr. Ktelah on an international lupus Facebook group for his outstanding level of care. I was excited to see that I happened to have an appointment with him, too! After 12 years of chronic illness, I'd lost hope. Now I'm excited by the real possibility of being heard and maybe even getting a real diagnosis and treatment plan!

She listened well, offered meds to help me. But it takes 3 months for me to have follow up after my blood work up completed within a week of my visit. That seemed unacceptable to me to wait for results.
